Terms and Conditions
Super Journey is a Travel agency operating legally and covered by insurance.
Super Journey is not responsible:
- for belongings or objects forgotten on board of the boats/cars during the transfers/tours.
- if you give us the wrong departure time of your flight/train and you miss it or if you decide to reach your departure terminal in a too tight time and you miss the flight/train.
- for inconveniences cause by events which are not in our control. The driver is responsible for you and his boat/car/van therefore in case of bad weather conditions he can change the route to drive you safely to your destination. For the same reason he can delay or cancel your transfer or tour.
Super Journey is absolutely not responsible for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond our control. This may include the closure of venues which Super Journey tours visits, where and when the closure of that venue is out our control or where not notified to us by the venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to bad weather, manifestations and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue. Also: the inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, bad weather, manifestations and protests or due to that area being restored/under construction or covered/obstructed from public view.
Transfers: If you have booked a transfer with driver or assistant and you won’t show up to meet them in a reasonable time (1 hour after the landing of the flight), the driver or the assistant won’t wait for you more than 1 hour. If you are having trouble with a lost luggage or other you should call the emergency number 0039 and let us know that you are having problems, but if we don’t hear from you we will assume that you are not on the flight. If you miss your connection flight, change your train or desembrakation time, and you will arrive later or sooner at destination we will try our best to provide the service you booked but only if you advise us on time about the problems you are having, otherwise we cannot ensure the service. Departure transfer: if you arrive late and the driver is waiting for you, it won’t be a problem for the first 10 minutes. If you arrive at the meeting point late (more than 10 minutes) you will pay the difference directly to the boat driver (7 euros every 5 minutes). Venice: From 1 to 4 people: the price you pay includes 6 pieces of luggage. If you are travelling with more than 6 pieces of luggage, then in this case you will pay a difference directly to the driver (5 euros each piece of luggage). From 5 to 7 people: the price you pay includes 8 pieces of luggage. Hand luggage are considered as piece of luggage. Venice: we accept reservations just for accommodation located in Venice, Giudecca, Murano, Lido, San Clemente island; if you book a transfer with us and your hotel is located on the mainland we are not going to provide the service; Florence: we accept reservations just for accommodation in Florence city center, if your accommodation is located outside the central area of Rome we are not going to provide the service; Rome: we accept reservations just for accommodation in Rome city center, if your accommodation is located outside the central area of Rome we are not going to provide the service; so please check your accommodation address before you reserve. If your accommodation is not located in an area where we provide services we are not going to provide the service, if you have already booked by mistake we are going to give you money back holding a 10% fee per person.
Tours and Stop and Over Transfers: Our English speaking drivers are taking care of you during the ride from place to place, helping you and giving informationa about what we you are going to see, but he/she won't follow you during the visits in the cities, towns, museums or historical/artistical places that you are going to visit, so you will be on your own when you have free time. If you select and book the tour Montepulciano and Val d'Orcia tour in the wine tasting section, beware that accommodation is not included and Superjourney is helping clients to find the right accommodation, according to the availability of the moment.
Cancellation Policies: If you decide to cancel these are our cancellation policies: Cancellations have to be communicated at firstname.lastname@example.org, no other ways will be accepted. Cancellations communicated 72 hours in advance will have the right to a refund. Refund doesn't include a cancellation fee of 5% per person. If you decide not to utilize a service, we will not refund it, not even part of it. If you arrive late at the meeting point and the tour has already left, we won’t refund the service.
Changes : For any change that you want to do, you have to send a request to email@example.com For any change a fee of 20 euros will be added and additional fees may be added at the moment of the request. We will try to meet your needs, but we can't ensure the changes will always be possible.
Delays: We recommend to be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes before every service, but if you arrive late, no refund will be given and no extra time for the tours. If you arrive late and the water taxi driver is waiting for you, it won’t be a problem for the first 10 minutes. If you arrive at the meeting point late (more than 10 minutes) you will pay the difference directly to the boat driver (7 euros every 5 minutes).
