VENICE to MILAN through VERONA
Don't waste the chance of visiting the city of Romeo and Juliet
Exactly halfway between Venice and Milan there is Verona, the city of the romantic story of Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. Its origin dates back to the Roman times and the main traces of this period are the walls of the city, once used for protection, the Ponte di Castel Vecchio over the Adige river and the famous Arena, still nowadays one of the best locations for operas and concerts. Verona is also a very modern city, with fashion shops, little bars and elegant restaurants in the main squares, Piazza Brà and Piazza delle Erbe.
